Hello all,
The next Wikidata & Wikibase office hour will take place on Tuesday, April 7th at 18:00 (Berlin time, UTC+2), on the Wikidata Telegram channel https://t.me/joinchat/AZriqUj5UagVMHXYzfZFvA. As usual, we will present what happened from the development side in the past three months, what's coming next, and you will have plenty of time to ask questions.
See you there! Cheers,

I recently received an email about another online event, which included the URL of a timezone converter, set for when the event was due to start, and to which everyone can easily add their home (or a nearby) city. I found it really useful for ensuring I didn't miss the start.
For the above event, the equivalent is:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html?iso=20200407T160000&am...
Perhaps we can all use this service, when announcing future events?
[Aside: in the above URL, "37" is the code for Berlin - what a pity they're not using QIDs!]

I would advise against setting a standard of using a service with that many trackers on it.

I would advise people concerned about trackers to manage their browser properly; but if we are to avoid such things completely, we'll barely be able to function online.
