Cirrus search is now default on Wikidata. This should considerably improve the search situation on https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Search for special characters for example. It might still need some tweaking though. It'd be awesome if you could give the search a try and collect things at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat#Cirrus_search_is_now_def... that still don't work as they should.

Will it impact search on projects which already include wikidata's stuffs in searches?
