We're excited to announce that the much-requested Sitelinks to Redirects are now available on Wikidata.

As you may recall, we implemented the functionality on test.wikidata.org to directly add a sitelink to a Redirect to an Item if you also add a Redirect badge in the same edit. (see the previous announcement https://lists.wikimedia.org/hyperkitty/list/wikidata@lists.wikimedia.org/message/TXNOK64GLOTNJSQAPADT5YQQUOPJFN5Q/). Many of you tested the feature and helped us find a good implementation. We would like to thank everyone who participated and provided feedback.

We hope that this will make it easier to find and connect related information across different wikis.
