Heya folks :)
This is the Wikidata summary of the week before 2012-06-29. http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikidata/Status_updates/2012_06_29 has the wiki version of it.
= Development = * Had a short one week sprint * Differences between revisions of items are being displayed now. It is not exactly pretty, but it works. * Many changes in the underlying code that will lead to a number of features to be seen after next week’s sprint, preparing for our demo at Wikimania in two weeks * Started Sprint #8, another one week sprint -- and picked up a crazy amount of items * Sitelinks are now verified doing a call to the according Wikipedia. Normalized article name is then displayed in the sitelinks UI. * It is now possible to enter links to articles which do not appear on the suggestions list. Verification is then done by the API.
See http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikidata/Development/Current_sprint for what we’re working on next.
