The dumps are indeed in https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/entities/, e.g. https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/entities/20170501/wikidata-20170501...
No links for latest for TTL dumps, for some reason. This probably needs to be fixed.
