i checked Bugzilla and i didn't find it as a known issue (well , as far
as i searched).
It as a well known issue caused by too many parser functions used in the
page. You would have known if you checked the talk page instead of Bugzilla.
The parser functions are used for getting labels, descriptions and
datatypes in the actual interface language but some limit or limits is
exceeded, so you have to look at the subpages separately.
