No need for supporters in this case :) Wikiquote is on my radar as one of the easier ones to go for after Wikisource. However what would be very helpful for me is having people sign up on the page you linked as ambassadors so we have those ready when the time comes. The same goes for all the other projects still in line. To clarify: an ambassador is knowledgeable about the project in question and Wikidata. They're willing to help with announcements and can answer questions (with my help as needed). Having that hopefully makes things go a lot smoother for everyone.
