SQID display of Wikipedia links is tracked in https://github.com/Wikidata/SQID/issues/63 Will be implemented later.
Editing Wikipedia or Wikidata is not currently part of what SQID does.

(Pardon if this is a naive question) but is it already possible to add to/edit a Wikipedia page and have these human additions go directly into its Wikidata Q item and eventually re SQID too?
