Hoi,
The existing wiktionaries cannot be served in the same way as Wikipedia and
Wikivoyage because Wiktionary does not disambiguate. Each homograph is on
the same page.
Consequently you cannot use Wikidata for the existing Wiktionary articles.

I suggested in the same page that we could have items for Wiktionary where
sitelinks would use the label of the item for the sitelink-titles. Is this
feasible? I'm not highly knowledgeable about Wikidata, but I suppose this
kind of modification shouldn't be too difficult.
