But it's not a fact. It's a claim someone makes.
That may seem like a fine distinction, but it's really fundamental to understanding how Wikidata/Wikibase is different from DBpedia, Freebase, Cyc, etc.
Wikidata doesn't collect facts. It collects statements (sourced claims).
