The article then shows whatever value Wikidata has for this particular
property. So in the example case you'd see Marissa Mayer in the
article and when someone changes it on Wikidata then it will also be
updated in the article.
Do you know the plan to start migrating data by bots?
There are no such plans on the development team's side. This is
entirely up to the community and I can't tell if and when they'll
start changing infoboxes by bot. But I assume they'll test this
carefully by hand for a while first and then find cases that are easy
to migrate by bot just like it was done for importing data into
Wikidata.
