as noted, the issue is more on sovereign state vs. country. The dashboard https://prowd.id/dashboards/b9795e6f3eff/profile shows sovereign states which include Armenia.
PS: For restricting to a specific continent, one may use continent (P30) instead of location.

The cause should be, that Armenia is an instance of country with only normal rank, while an instance of sovereign state with preferred rank.
