can I request for consistency to avoid confusion can you in the future please use only cities to describe times ie LA not pacific and NY for Eastern. as there are many places in and around the pacific on different times and many places with eastern time zones.

I think that using PDT / EDT / BST / IDT / AEST (or PST / EST / GMT / Israel Standard Time / AEDT) after am / pm would satisfactorily connote the timezone.

Thanks for that suggestion. In the future, I think we’ll just include a link so that people can sort out for themselves what the timezone is local to them. There are a variety of preferences for how to present this information.
