Hi! I am interested in starting a GLAM related mailing list in Croatia and Bosnia&Herzegovina, so I wonder if you had any previous contacts from these two countries? also what would be the procedure to make a mailing list?

I have been a professional in culture for 20 years and have few people interested to join into this, but would not want to step on someone's foot if there is/was already an existing effort that failed to find.
