Can I suggest it would be more efficient if you started by looking at previous reports, eg. https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAM https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAM/Newsletter and look through the various Wikimania and GLAM conference programs as many of them have links to GLAM presentations. Then perhaps come back and ask more specific questions.
