Dan Shickhttps://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Dan_Shick_(WMDE), Technical Writer at Wikimedia Deutschland, will give a short presentation on creating and managing community documentation. As usual, there will be time for discussion and Q&A. During any remaining time, Alex Jung (University of Toronto Libraries) will provide a recap of Wiki markup, previously covered in greater depth during a working hour in Augusthttps://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject_Linked_Data_for_Production/2020-08-07_Wikidata_Working_Hour. This presentation will be useful for participants looking to contribute to the wiki documentation for Wikidata and Wikibase (software behind Wikidata) or who want to get a better idea of how to manage documentation generally.

The LD4 Wikidata Affinity Group is associated with the Linked Data for Libraries LD4 Community and investigates how libraries can contribute to and better integrate library metadata with Wikidata to improve access to library resources on the web.
