At the State Library of New South Wales we have a number of staff editors and have addressed the issue of conflict of interest editing in the following ways:
* training for staff in the pillars of Wikipedia, what is allowed and what is not in editing as a staff representative * a staff editing policy endorsed by our Executive team * a project page that communicates in meta with other editors ... what the library's activities and editing priorities are and includes a list of user names of authorised staff editors * messages on all staff editors user pages to indicate their affiliation with the library * internal staff editing procedures to ensure articles created have appropriate formatting and referencing
