Sarah, you have forgotten the most important agenda item: what programs?
As seems to be traditional for the WMF anymore, the office hours are inappropriate for anyone in North America who works or goes to school during the day; that's not a gripe about this one in particular, but ALL of them ALL the time. I can't remember the last time I saw an office hours announcement that I could attend.

Hi Anne,
That is so true! It's extremely hard to schedule office hours for everyone around the world! Sadly, this office hours might cut out folks in Australia, for example, and people who are out and about on a Friday evening in Europe.
We are hoping to do at least two a month at different times, with the goal of encompassing as many people as possible with both of those office hours.
We're also aiming to do a Google Hangout! once a month at a different time, which will allow those of us who don't use IRC (like me) to connect with the team, too.
Again, I wish it was possible to make an office hours to make everyone happy, sadly, I haven't found the way to do that yet :)

While I completely understand your frustration there we have not had much luck with different times for the Wikidata office hours. Almost no-one showed up for the ones we did at times outside the usual schedule. Any suggestions/ideas how to improve the situation? New things we could try?
Cheers Lydia
