Definitely improving it would help keep more women editing!
I may be doing a training for a group that includes a number of women. So I'm researching in general how to to teach a one day introductory wiki policy/editing/conflict resolution course, especially for people who may be advocates in any particular area.
At this sandbox http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Carolmooredc/My_Sandbox_3 is a rough draft of links to other projects doing training; some have detailed info and agendas which I haven't even started looking at yet. So may just use one group's format with tweaks of my own.
Feel free to add any relevant training pages/articles/projects of interest I might have missed that have actual resources or other links. Or add any categories if I'm missing something. Discussions on the talk page.
Need especially links to sites that describe training of women. If such things aren't currently on a web site, feel free to email me (or the list) any longer agendas, writings, etc. on the topic you might have from your experience in training women. I know I probably missed a few good things on this list. Apologies. I also can post the final list with links here.
Thanks in advance for any help.
