Gee, should I ask to let back in? Not...
I'm waiting for Wikimedia to put some money into hiring professional mediators, at least... They got the money...

The blog post says very little, with the conclusion being the depressing "we're looking into it" which they have been doing for several years now. My experience of the Community Advocacy team when I was harassed was negative. The most practical advice was that I could vanish, rather than expecting anything to change about the harassment. Much less useful than when I stopped talking to them and went to the Metropolitan Police and UK Victim Support instead.
I have no idea if they have improved what they do, as what they will do to help someone being harassed appears to be a secret, along with the cases where accounts have been globally blocked, allegedly in relation to harassment.
