Katie, I'm not suggesting this is your fault, nor that it went via your server. I'm highly aware that this could happen to any of our posters. However I have pondered on it, and spamming email lists needs to be controlled. So far nobody seems to have a working solution that stops the spam and would at the same time avoid blocking your posts from the same address. It may be an idea for you to create a disposable account to email from, until someone has a fix for the lists that enables better header tests.
