I would say that its been a persistent complaint from most or all of the prominent female Wikipedians; if you can name a functionary, admin, arbitrator or Board member who is a woman, it is likely that she has been subject to sustained sexual harassment at some point during her Wikimedia tenure.
But you could certainly say there is some division in how victims of this type of harassment have reacted. Some small proportion have reacted in ways that contradict project policies and have had bad outcomes, but I don't think that is typical.
