Well yes and it is also legally invalid. You don't sign an agreement stating the consent of another person.

You also don't sign an agreement using a pseudonym. So, yes, the whole thing is problematic, but I think the idea is to make a start by getting uploaders to bear the issue of the subject's consent in mind.
