On the subject of female Nobel prize winners, I think it is worth spelling out the extra difficulties for women in science in the early years. So I have added a footnote to the article on [[Maria Goeppert-Mayer]]. Not sure if this is the right way to go about this but it seems to fit with what was already there in the article and I gave the reference.
