Hello,
Amanda Menking at the University of Washington did a lot of interviews. There are some other people who have done interviews - perhaps 5 have posted projects like this.
I am not sure where any archive of women's issues research is kept in Wikipedia. But have you talked with Amanda? Mssemantics amenking@uw.edu
If it has not happened already, perhaps it is time to set up a research archive on this topic.
yours,

I'm seeking interviews with self-identified women editors of English Wikipedia who have been actively editing for 2+ years. This interview would take place over Skype, phone, or email, and your involvement would be completely confidential (and much appreciated)! If you're interested in participating, please email me at mcdona51@purdue.edu .
If you'd like to learn more about the project, here's the link https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Beyond_the_Gender_Gap:_Understanding_Women%27s_Participation_in_Wikipedia to the Wikipedia research page. And please feel free to ask me any questions!
Thanks!
