Hello teams
We are working on the Wiki Loves Africa Report to WMF.
Bear with us please... this is not especially funny to do. And some of you have already informed us that it was boring to report. I know... I agree... it is not the funniest part of the contest ;-)
But we can NOT do it properly without your help.
So right now... I would like to ask each team to double check if the event report form is actually correct
It is here : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bXp4O7xAgU_LHcYGcJ6dN6pWSUHJha5dSM3u...
And what I see there is :
Nigeria: 3 events Algeria : 5 events Tunisia : 1 event I am pretty sure you did more than this Cameroun : 3 events one of which is 2 months before the contest Côte d'Ivoire : 12 events Tanzania : 0 events 0 budget ? Egypt : 1 event or maybe 2 Uganda : 4 events
I have reasons to think that those figures are not correct.
Can you please check this page and confirm that this accurate or fix the report the best you could ?
This is the last effort we will ask you :)
Thanks a lot
Florence

Thank you Donatien
Errrr. I can not open that file in open office. No imges appear and the text is all mixed up. Would it be possible to send back a pdf version of it please ? Sorry for that.
Also... on a more general consideration... please make sure to keep size of documents low when you send them on the list or per email. Over 10 MB is... quite heavy. Or use a transfer site ? Thanks.
Flo
PS: thank you for the updates added to the table. We will probably finalize the report next week. For those who want to have a look at the draft, it is here : https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:PEG/Africa_Centre/Wiki_Loves_Africa_2...
PPS : Also... note that we have added a section about National Prizes. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:PEG/Africa_Centre/Wiki_Loves_Africa_2... I know some countries have organized local jury and local winners (such as Algeria). If you want to add something there to put some light on what you did, please do.

I recommended to him to upload the file to a cloud storage and share link to the file here, but I guess he didn't do it, plus an admin allowed his message through.
@admins: Please, let's all stick to ensuring no message over 80kb gets through to this list. The default is 40kb for many lists, but we've generously kept ours at 80kb. Read the reasons why messages are held in the queue before approving. On Mar 24, 2016 9:05 AM, "Florence Devouard" anthere@anthere.org wrote:
