Hi, as for the unfortunate collision, I wonder if it would be an issue.
The final is planned to begin in 20:30 of the local time in South
Africa (UTC +2): in Poland it sure be the same hour (in summer UTC+2).
It isn't likely to happen certain official event except farewell
party, if planned. You can safely choose either to attend such a party
(or if there is no party, to go downtown w/ other people) or to go
somewhere you can watch the TV (at the hotel or at football bar - if
Poles have such).
The question when and how many such parties we will have would be a
topic for planning list I guess.

I think those subjects are welcome on Wikimania, even if
open government might somewhat outside of the core focus
of the community. It all depends on the speakers and presenters
- if you have some ideas and would like to invite someone -
go ahead; there is still time to put a program proposal (until May 20th).

I agree. We are working on having proper infrastructure in place
to make this happen.

for the attendees?

on 11th July, since it will be the final of FIFA World Cup, and if
Brazil arrive there, I won't missed it!

collision. I am sure that football fans will not regret coming
