PM, if there is a legal issue it really isn't a good idea to discuss
this on an
open list. Now, I've looked at the deleted list of sources and it looks like
they are fine to me. I strongly suggest you send a polite note to Fred saying
so, outlining why each of the sources is clearly an RS and should be
valid. But
please take this off the list.

That concerns me.
