This has been about content and form, and those puzzled presumably thought
that sticking to 'form', and disregarding what was really happening, was
somehow OK.
I'm surprised that this has to be pointed out, really. I shouldn't
be. We're becoming so process-bound and wrapped up in groupthink that
applying commonsense to a situation is not only seen as unusual, on
occasion it is seen as *destructive*.
