Actually, I used to see lots of new sysops delete pages too much
(not willy nilly, but also not in accordance with policy).
And it doesn't matter that I don't see it now,
because I'm not looking for it anymore.
I think that it's good to give new sysops a quiz
(or perhaps better, a summary course of instruction).
Although I don't see that LittleDan needs to be singled out for it.
