When did we start having quizzes for sysops?
Daniel has forwarded an off-topic petition to this list, a telltale sign
of newbie-ish behavior. He's also new to the community. Is it too much to
ask whether he understands how the process works? The last thing we need
is sysops who delete pages willy nilly.
