What do you think about this idea ? we buy the scanner with 200 TND (link http://www.mytek.tn/scanner-a-plat/1645-scanner-a-plat-hp-scanjet-g3110-l2698a.html ) we organise the ceremony of WLE with 200 TND and a presentation about WLM we buy two Tripods for the two first winners (229 TND first winner http://www.mytek.tn/trepied/6072-trepied-aluminium-vanguard-alta-ca-204agh-tunsie.html) ( 109 TND second winner http://www.mytek.tn/trepied/10901-trepied-vanguard-espod-cx-203ap.html ) Total: 738 TND

Please drop MedinaPedia Sfax out from the list as it's still not finalised yet. Scanner is something we asked for since Sept 2015 and it's still needed, I don't know about the other points. You didn't take a grant for WLE ? An edit-a-thon doesn't require money ! We always host workshops with the minimum of costs.

May be we can use the money to sponsor Afek/Zeineb workshops or editathons. For the Photo walks, I believe those who will organise WLM, WLA and WLE will apply for grants.
