Effectively, it is absolutely hard to prove a Tunisian artist as admissible or to prove an admissible artist as Tunisian mainly in French Wikipedia. As for the situation of Mr. Saif Ben Ammar, he has been a finalist of Sadeem Arab Challenge. However, using this as a criterion for the admissibility of the work can be disproven by a third-class non-Arab Wikipedia user. Sadeem Arab Challenge itself can be offended for this purpose. What I see here is that we have to define detailed criteria for Wikipedia admissibility and not to give way to subjective interpretations.
