Our Major concern for right now is deciding on the format/content of a call for participation and getting that out by the end of January, this way we can also reserve conference rooms at the BA early, there are a few ideas being discussed right now regarding tracks, acceptance of materials, etc. If you guys are still interested I will add you to the mailing list for program.
