If you study or work at an academic institution that supports eduroam: eduroam is also available here. It seems to work better for me than the wikimania network (and it's built to support the whole university, so should be able to handle a lot of load). I suggest that at least people with access to that try to use it as much as possible, to relieve the wikimania network a bit.
