Earlier is better. Indonesian time is 10pm (which would last till 12pm) and Hong Kong is later. Why not 14.00 UTC? ___________________

The second IRC meeting is scheduled for 14:00 UTC on 14 April 2012, but unfortunately a number of Jury members cannot make that time, so we would like to move it forward by 25 hours - to 15:00 UTC on 15 April 2012[*].
If any bid-team members would have difficulty making this, please shout and we'll see if we can find a time that works. Otherwise, see you on #wikimania then.
