Dear All,
Please be noted that all Hong Kong visa applications through Ghana Chinese Embassy would still be approved by the Immigration Department of Hong Kong as Hong Kong and China have separate immigration policies. Anyone who would also like to visit China must apply for Chinese visa separately.

So the thing to do, clearly, is to apply for a visa through them. :)

Specifically, I think there is no Hong Kong embassy in Ghana to handle even visa application requests (if in case that should be it) per this website: http://hong-kong.visahq.com/embassy/Ghana/
if you read the linked official site ( http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/hkvisas.htm ) it says pretty clearly to use *Chinese* embassies and missions. So Hong Kong probably doesn't have their own. I haven't clicked your visahq link yet but it doesn't sound like a particularly reliable source.
