You can just show up. We are asking people who would like to go there by the shuttle service to meet at PolyU JCA Auditorium area at 6:00 p.m. to be escorted to where the shuttles are for transport to ICC.

No, we won't be sending anyone to the airport on Friday. Since it'll be rather late when you arrive, I recommend again that you take a taxi directly from the airport to the dorms. The dorm address is available on your dormitory joining instruction email. Deryck
