Wikimania's on the open agenda at today's meeting (starting on IRC in 10 min or so) -- general thoughts on coordination for this & future years are welcome.

I wonder when we will see a (preliminary) schedule for Wikimania? We need to schedule meetings, book flights, hotel rooms, etc, so it would be very helpful to get an rough overview what will happen when. Do you know when the venue will open on Friday and when Wikimania will close on Sunday?
