Hi all,
I know that the CfP deadline is April 30th (ie Monday) - and I'm busily working towards finishing my submissions - but what I want to know is: does the CfP deadline close at midnight Monday (ie 00:00 Tuesday)? And is it working off Taipei time, UTC, or what?
