Edward, I had the same question, because I assumed I would be informed one way or another. I only found out by coincidence that the programme was published and that my submissions were not in the programme. Considering David and my cases, you should probably send out a quick rejection notice just to confirm this to people. I can't believe David and I were the only ones. Jane Sent from my iPad

Afraid so. Everything that's not been accepted into the programme or notified as a backup talk (in case of cancellation) should be considered rejected. I thought all of them had been marked as such, but apparently we missed some, sorry about that.
