Just a suggestion, maybe it'll help to inform the attendees the time of the first and last sessions, first, ahead of the schedule release as they'll have to finalize their accommodation and travel details.

Dear Mathias, dear all,
This is exactly what we are working on at the moment. We finally got responses (confirmations + summaries) from all the authors (from today unconfirmed presentations AND presentations without 30-word summaries are considered as CANCELLED). Without this information (who is coming and who is not) it is difficult to work on the program. As I said, we hope to publish the "final" schedule (with actual talks) this weekend.
Best, Jacek Jankowski

Dear all,
On June 17th I posted the first draft of the schedule on this list
(see:

I am not sure if there is a consensus on the terminology. The two pdf files you references are a template, not a program. Is there any chance to get to see where the actual talks are scheduled right now?
