Should I promote it on-wiki or is there any other way to promote? I mean, I will carry a really big banner saying "Ask me for my PGP fingerprint" if I have to. Do you have any ideas or experiences that you can share with me?
I would like to participate but I have basically no experience.
I know that usually there is a key-signing party at the Wikimedia Hackathon.
