I do not know who is supposed to take care of this, so sorry if I do not write at the right place. The biometric passport is finally available in my region, so I can ask one to get in Boston next year. This said, without an urgent procedure, I was told there was NO chance I would get the passport in time for Wikimania (they expect a time of roughly 3 months to get the passport without the special procedure). I consequently need pretty urgently an invitation so that we can justify the urgent procedure. Can someone send that to me ? Please mention that I would be a speaker at the conference.
