Losted wallet

Today a Wikimedian has losted a white wallet at the hostel (6th or 7th floor restroom, i'm not completely sure now), with some money inside, which is all he has here. His name is Vinicius, he's from Brazil and he is now talking to the hostel's staff. If some of you found it, please say something. I'm at 806 dorm and can put you in touch. Hey. So anyone planning on going there? I plan on visiting there hopefully on the 15th before I leave back to Colombo. It's basically the bigger part of the Air & Space Museum which most of us know in DC, and houses the Space Shuttle Discovery (YEAH!), SR71 Blackbird, Gemini 7, the B29 that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, a Concorde, and tons more. Wiki-Americans WALRUS II tonight

My fellow Wiki-Americans, Since many more Wikimaniacs have joined us since the first officialish meeting, I propose that we hold an informal WALRUS II get-together this evening (Saturday) for dinner-ish and pub-ish stuff at 5:30PM right after the big Wikimanioa Group Photo. Proposed session tomorrow: Tools, gadgets, bots - showcase

Are any of you interested in learning more about the little tools, gadgets, bots, toys, etc. that make Wikimedia easier to use? If so I'd like to propose a showcase session (where we spend 3-5 min. per tool). I'm happy to show a lot of them myself, but if developers or users want to showcase a tool they've found helpful, this would be a place to do so as well. unconference scheduling

I started an unconference scheduling wiki table at https://wikimania2012.wikimedia.org/wiki/Unconference and added my session on tech projects for students. (UCOSP, GSoC, and other projects get students developing open source software. What are our ideas for future students projects, to improve all the Wikimedia sites and tools?) I'm taking the tech slot just before lunch, whenever that will be. :-) It's now linked from https://wikimania2012.wikimedia.org/wiki/Schedule#Unconference .
