Hi,

This edit ( http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Requests_for_checkuser/C...) contains a personal attack. "He was whinging" (whining) is a weak personal attack.

Per WP:NPA, it is against Wikipedia guidelines to make personal attacks.

I would like this personal attack removed and the editor/admin cautioned against making similar personal attacks in the future.
