An appeal lies to Jimmy Wales, from the Arbitration Committee decision concerning [[User: Robert I]].
When you have raised this before, there has been a spectre of legal action. This is not helpful, to put it mildly.

The possibility exists of resolving the "legal dispute" so we could hear this appeal at the arbitration committee level. Perhaps it was just a misunderstanding
