I have concern about people massing together in groups based on political affiliations at Wikipedia.
This is exactly what was alleged in the case of Nobs01 and orthers acting in concert; Mr. Bauder stated four times there was no grounds to allege political affiliations inspired the actions of respondents, yet no finding of fact was ever made. It was a blatant abuse of prescribed dispute resolution processes by tarring five users with guilt by political association smears -- and worked very effectively to obscure evidence. And the clique that engineered this purge and show trial has a free license to continue the same against whoever their imagined enemies are.

Nobs was banned for personal attacks, not for his right wing political views. There are political blocks operating on Wikipedia, Nobs and his co-defendants were not such a block, nor could one say that I, Cberlet and Ruy Lopez are a block in that sense despite sharing certain perspectives. Sometimes there is more than meets the eye. Real problems will not be solved by imagining phantasms.

See Kosebamse's law: [[User:Raul654/Raul's laws#Laws by others]]: "People of strong opinion are not banned or blocked for promoting strong opinions. Eventually, they are banned or blocked for violating social standards in the attempt to defend their views."

The way the case was handled lends itself to an appearance of unfairness, beginning with Cberlet's abuse of process, which nobs defined on day one, and the failure of the Committee to respond to evidence.
