You know I've carried out dozens of blocks under
the 3RR. I think I know how to inforce the rules.
Yes, one could at least hope that such ample practice
would make for more perfection. I can only hope to
someday become as practiced with using the block
button as you are.
You knew of the other case and yet you
never emailed me about it.
You never emailed me at all. Of course you
didn't have to. You could have emailed any admin
and asked to be unblocked.
One could say its the job of the officer to do their
homework. Check a link or two, etc. I know its a lot
of trouble. Besides I dont use email, and why would I
when theres wiki? Wiki is a great idea, and a
preferable means for open communication. (Though it
only works when people are reasonable enough to not
block you from it. But that's a problem with 3RR
blocking in the first place, and not with your
quasi-proper application of the rules.)
Both you and your oponet were blocked as soon as
reports were brought to light.
Why not just be direct and state that there was 24
hours difference between the blocks? That way you let
people decide for themselves if that material
difference was had some substantial effect on your
claim of equitablity. "Brought to light" is a clever
convolution, young man, but its not encyclopedic. Nice
try though.
