but no one appears to have any ideas on how to do this (ok we could
try to start admin action countitis but people tend to object to that
suggestion.
I would tend to look toward the long tails, and more of the "quiet
admin" as Stan describes himself. I'm sure that many good admins just
don't want to get involved in the constant haggling that goes on. Some
might quietly go ahead and work on cleaning up non-contentious backlog,
but they aren't even going to try to become admins in the current scheme
of things.
